addition, service to the real estate industry should be considered a
higher priority than productivity.

Division REALTORâ
members not acting as a licensed assistant (includes: agents, brokers, owners
and managers.)

Candidate must exhibit honesty and integrity.
- Candidate must show an unselfish nature and an unyielding willingness
to help their peers.

Candidate must show a willingness to help those in the community that
may be less fortunate. (i.e. Giving back to the community).
- Candidate must have participated in at least one Southside Division of MIBOR committee.
- The weight given for this award is:
75% - Candidate's efforts in real
estate
25% - Candidate's efforts in the community
- There is no minimum time on the job limitation.

listings acquired.
