Become a Southside MIBOR Member

Real Estate Salespersons:

    1.    Become a REALTOR^® member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS^®.  Visit www.mibor.com, or contact the Member Services Department at 317-956-1912

    2.    Contact Tom Johnson about attending meetings and becoming involved.

Affiliates:

1. Submit an application to the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR) downtown for a corporate affiliate membership.  To receive an application online, visit www.mibor.com, or call the Member Services Department at 317-956-1912.

2. Once your company has applied for MIBOR Membership, each individual will have annual dues of $135.00, per member.  These dues will be prorated according to the submission date of the application.  Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the application.

3. Once your membership has been approved by MIBOR, you may then apply for a Southside Division Membership.  Click here for an Affiliate Member Application or contact Shanenn Darks, Secretary at 317-.

4. Membership dues for the Southside Division are $25 per individual MIBOR member per year.  You must be a member of MIBOR to be eligible to join the Southside Division.  Southside MIBOR Affiliate Dues are billed annually and due June 30th.  Prorated Affiliate Membership Dues will be $25 for applications submitted between January 1^st through June 30^th. You are not eligible to vote or participate on committees unless you are a paid member.  If you have attended more than 2 meetings or events this year, please support our Division by becoming a member today
